Q. Is the machine easy to operate?
A. Yes indeed! We mix your first batch and show you how to use the machine. We leave clear printed instructions, but we also have a professional yet FUN staff available to stay and serve you at an additional charge.

Q. How many drinks does one bucket yield?
A. One bucket makes approximately 50 nine oz. drinks. Our experience shows that usually more than half of guests drink a frozen drink if you offer a choice. We recommend one bucket for every 25 guests when you are serving other alcoholic options. We provide extra mix in case of higher than expected consumption; however, we only charge for what you use.

Q. How long does the machine take to freeze?
A. We are the ONLY company in Nashville with immediate freeze machines! Outside, on a very hot day, may take up to ten minutes; inside, approximately eight minutes. There is NO "downtime" in between batches, the reservoir tank light will flash when it is time to add more mix. One machine will deliver consistently frozen drinks for up to 100 guests. If more guests are expected, a second machine is strongly recommended.

Q. Does the machine require any special power?
A. The machine takes regular 110 power and requires a DEDICATED outlet. Each machine pulls 16 amps of power, so nothing else can be plugged in. We provide heavy-duty chords to run sufficient power if needed.

Q. Can a machine be used in places other than homes or party venues?
A. Yes, as long as there is wired power or a generator provided by our specified supplier. We frequently provide machines for parties on boats, boat docks, party and tour buses, and tailgating events.

Q. Who provides the liquor and how much will I need?
A. Due to Tennessee state law, the customer provides all the liquor (and hopefully a designated driver)! Each bucket of margaritas calls for 1.75 liters of tequila and one liter of triple sec per bucket. (You don't need expensive tequila because our mix is so good!) Each bucket of rum/vodka drinks requires two liters of alcohol per bucket.

Q. Are other drinks available?
A. ABSOLUTELY! Although we specialize in gourmet Margaritas, we also offer Daiquiris, Pina Coladas, Peach Bellinis, Passion Fruit, Hurricanes, "Cruzan Confusion," Rum Runners, Orange Dreamsicles, Razberry, Mangoritas (a HUGE hit!) and Strawberry Ritas. ALL can be made as non-alcoholic fruit slushies for kids!

Q. How far in advance should I reserve my machine?
A. We recommend at LEAST one month in the spring and summer seasons, and for traditional party dates like Cinco De Mayo, July 4th, Halloween, Christmas, and New Years.
